Our Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. We do not rent or sell our contacts name or their e-mail addresses to other parties. We maintain strict security over all information you share with us. On Demand Limousine and its Affiliated do not sell, rent or disseminate your personal and financial information to any outside third parties. ODL and it's Affliates reserved the right to use the information supplied to provide requested services and collect payment for services rendered in accordance with our rates, terms and policies.
Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time
ODL provides up to thirty minutes of free waiting time on all domestic flights from the official arrival time posted by the Airlines. For International filights the free time is forty-five minutes from the official post arrival time. Additional waiting time will be calcutated in increments of every 15 minutes or the vehicle's hourly rate, 20% gratuity, tolls and parking are additional. For all other reservations, 5 minutes of free wait time is given, any additional will be charged in 15 minute increment based on the hourly rate for the particular vehicle.
Update of Airport Transfer Flight Arrival Times
ODL updates all flight arrival times when a correct flight number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided and by the Airline or Airport.
Point to Point Transfers
ODL provide up to a 15 minute grace period at pick-up before wait time charges apply at the hourly rate or the vehicle plus 20% gratuity bill in 1/2 hour (thirty minutes increments. Point to Point Transfers include all Return Airport Transfers, Hotel/Casino transfers,and any Point A to Point B Trasnfers and all hourly reservations. An extra $10.00 charge applies to all Pickups or Dropoffs between the hours of 11.00 PM and 5.00 A.M .
Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums
Hourly orders are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for, then in 1/2 hour increments thereafter (if available). Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for, reduction in the amount of time ordered are not permitted on the day of the reservation. Tours, Specials and Package Orders are NOT permitted to be changed to standard hourly reservations once confirmed.
No Show Policy
On all reservations you will be considered a no-show at 30 minutes (45 minutes for International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your scheduled pick up time. If you have not met your Chauffeur or contacted us by phone you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contracting th ODL dispatch by phone at 972-313-5143.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted by phone only. ODL require that all airport transfer be received no less than 12 hours prior to pickup time. Roundtrip Orders must be cancelled as 2 seperate orders.
Cancellations of sedans and SUV's with TWENTY-FOUR-HOURS (24 HRS) NOTICE OR LESS from scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% gratuity. Cancellation of stretch limousine with 2 Days (48 HOURS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the vehicle minimumm. Cancellation of Hummer H2 stretch, SUV limousines, limousine party buses, mini buses and coach buses with TEN DAYS (10DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the full contract amount, in case of non existing contract the vehicle? Hourly minimumm will be charged. Cancellation of Prom and Wedding contracts with THIRTY DAY (30 DAYS) NOTICE OR LESS from date of service will be charged the full contract amount, in case of non-existing contract the vehicle? Hourly minimumm wil be charged. A "no show" fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20/% gratuity plus applicable wait time fee will be charge when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. In order to avoid a "no show" fees.
Change Policy
ODL requires that all changes be received by phone (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 3 hours prior to pickup for all reservations. Change orders are sunject to availability. If a change cannot be accomodated & result is cancellation, you will be charged in full for the order. Reductions in the amount of time or vehicle size ordered are NOT premitted on the day of the reservation. Tours, Specials and Packafge Orders are NOT Permitted to be changed to standard hourly reservations once confirmed.
Vehicle Request Policy
ODL and Affiliates reserves the right to upgrade a vehicle request to accomodate a client's reservation at no extra charge to the client if deemed necessary by ODL or it Affiliates. ODL and its Affiliates cannot promise specific vehicle color request, however your preference will be noted at booking but not guaranteed.
Rates & Billing
All Rates are subject to audit after order completion, to include actual surcharges, parking fees, additional stops & time allotted etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for, then in 1/2 hour (30 minute) increments thereafter. If time is available minimum poste number of hours, is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not what you will be billed for.
ODL rates are billed including applicable fees/taxes and surcharges. Gratuity rate of 20% is the industry standard is also added to the total. Please take in to consideration this is how our chauffeurs make a considerable amount of their incom.
Surcharges
All out of pocket charges, including but not limited to tolls, park entry fees, parking, airport fees and other surcharges will be billed to client and are additional to the vehicle base rates.
Payment Methods
ODL accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
All charges including gratuities are billed to your credit card/account. Credit Cards are charged at time of pickup. The Credit Card provided at booking mst be present with cardholder at pik-up, unless a signed 3rd Party Authorization with required documents has been placed on file and approved by ODL, prior to pick-up or a Corporate/personal Account has been activated and all required documents have been received. Request to Switch Credit Cards, once a card has been charged are subject to an additional 8% administration fee.
Chauffeurs are able to collect charges in cash, please be aware if a cash payment is given to Chauffeur that has been prepaid by credit card or by account, this will be considered as additional gratuity & cannot by labor law be recovered from the Chauffeor.
Affiliate Service Policy
ODL may utilize when necessary, at its own discretion, Affiliates to provide Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients.
Vehicle Images
Vehicle Images listed on the Website may differ from the actual vehicle, all photos are provided by themanufacturer and are for reference and description only,. All ODL and its Affiliated vehicles are late model and impeccably maintained.
Lost or Damaged Items
ODL and it Affiliates are not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and/or circumstances that are beyond our control including, but not limited to mechanical failured, road detours, accidents, traffic congestion, flight delays, weather delays, road closures etc.
Vehicle Damage/Cleaning
The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and/or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and/or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to Vomit/Sickness ($300 Cleaning Fees), Alcohol spillage ($250 Cleaning Fees), Broken Glassware ($50, Replacement Set), Burns ($500, Replacement/Repair), Upholstery, Terars ($500-1000, Replacement/Repair) or Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($1500-2000)etc.
Termination of any reservation by ODL or its Affiliates
ODL reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Operator or the oDL Dispatcher on duty feels that the Renter and /or Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or the mode of transportation or the Renter/and/or Party of the Renter in danger of injury.Or if the Renter and/or Party of the Renter are in possession of any illegal material and/or substance, or the Renter and/or Party gets intoxicated and used foul language or gets out or control and misbehaves with the Chauffeur, the service will be terminated and cancelled immediately without refund. ODL further reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion. This is withour exception.
Rate Changes
ODL and its Affiliates are certificated under the NTA and reserve the right to change rates at any time without prior notice.
